Shipping
We normally us Fed Ex Ground to ship our orders. Your shipping charges for the 48 contiguous states are shown on your order. There are additional charges for orders out of this area. (Alaska, Hawaii, PR and all international orders).  You will be contacted with the charges.

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, of course, immediately remake and ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please contact us at sales@haitimetalart.com  to report the problem.

Returns
Should you decide to return all or part of your order, please notify us by email us at sales@haitimetalart.com within 5 days of receipt of order. We will let you know how to proceed.  You must pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price, less the original shipping cost.
